The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, has graduated first batch of two hundred and sixty members of a Non-Governmental Security Guard to complement the services of protecting the lives and property of the people by the existing Security operatives working in the state.
The Kebbi State Commandant of the NSCDC, Kabiru Alkammawa, represented by the Deputy Commandant of Corps, Giwa Benson, reminded the Gallant Uniform Wearing personnel that the ceremonial dress wass a symbol of authority conferred on their powers, privileges and Immunities that must be protected and be applied within the ambit of the law
The Ceremony was performed at the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Headquarters. Kebbi State Command, Gwadangaji Quarters Birninkebbi Northwest Nigeria.
Alkammawa charged the passing out Security Guards that they were expected to reflect the discipline they Imbibed in the training.

Earlier in his remarks, the Leader of the Traineers and the Chief Executive Officer of Rayhaan Alert Security Guards, Bello Ale said, the Passing out Parade of the selected and Trained First Batch of Kebbi Indigenous Security Personnel outfit was put in place to contribute its quota in supporting the existing security architecture in the state.
He said support in the direction of security of lives and property within and outside the State was more relevant especially now that the whole country was passing through hard times of security challenges that had been crippling the socioeconomic activities of Nigerians
