The Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ FCT Council has announced the death of the Treasurer of the Council, Hajiya Aisha Ali Kadala, describing her transition as a monumental loss.

In a statement released in Abuja Friday, jointly signed by Oseratin Osadebamwen and Ochiaka Ugwu, Chairman and Secretary of Council, noted that Kadala who died at the early hours of Friday July 5, 2024 was a great pillar of the union and a committed comrade.

The NUJ says Kadala was an ace broadcaster who carved a niche for herself in electronic media with deep insight on security matters at Aso Radio and Television, where she plied her trade.
