A group known as Northern Youth Forum has reacted to the comments credited to former Nigeria President, Olusegun Obasanjo’s stance on the 2023 Elections, urging the former president to respect the choice of Nigerians without creating unnecessary differences in religion, tribe and regional background.
The group through their National Secretary, Khalid Ibrahim, stated this during a press conference in Bauchi State.
The comments of former Nigeria’s president on the 2023 Elections processes have continued to generate more reactions, as Northern Youth Forum again cautioned the former president, saying his comments are nothing but efforts to disrupt the peaceful atmosphere being enjoyed in the democratic settings of the country.

They commended the Independent National Electoral Commission for conducting what they described as free and fair elections
They, therefore, called on law enforcement agencies to deal with anyone trying to instigate violence in the election process.
