The presidential flag bearer of the labour party in the February 25th election, Peter Obi, has asked his supporters to continue the struggle for a better Nigeria and must keep hope alive in the face of so many challenges.
He made the statement in Jos, the Plateau state capital, when he stopped over at the Yakubu Gowon airport to thank the people of the state for the massive support he received.
Peter Obi, who flew into the Yakubu Gowon airport was besieged by a large crowd that got wind of his stopover. He assured labor party supporters in Plateau State that all legal means will be employed to challenge the outcome of the February 25th election.
He thanked the people
of the state for their support and assured them that it wouldn’t be in vain.

He appealed to Nigerians to remain calm and keep working for the good of the nation. On ground at the airport to receive The labour party’s presidential flag bearer was the Plateau state gubernatorial candidate of the party, Patrick Dakum, and other party chieftains.
