A massive badge laden with crude oil, three speed boats and one wooden boat have been intercepted by the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps NSCDC at private jetties at Woji, and Tombia River in Port Harcourt.
The new NSCDC Rivers State commandant Joachin Okafor who took journalists to the scenes of the arrests, says seven suspects were arrested ready to be charged to court.

After drilling the suspects, the commandant briefed newsmen on the seizure, and further explained that the contents in the vessel will soon be estimated to ascertain the amount of liters and numbers of trucks.
The commandant who also took newsmen to Ogbogoro, the NSCDC’s exhibit yard, said five suspects were also arrested with three speed boats and a wooden cannon Conveying illegal refined diesel at Tombia River.
The commandant further stated that, the exhibits and seven suspects will be charged to court after proper investigation.
