The ondo state police command has denied a report that says six persons were shot dead at Sabo Area of Ondo town, Ondo State on Wednesday night by some men suspected to be bandits.
The spokesperson of the Ondo state police command, Funmilayo odunlami denied the report while speaking to ait.live Olusola Adesuyan on telephone.
Odunlami urged members of the public to disregard the rumour .
She said the police in the state will not relent in ensuring safety of lives and property.
Recall that some Gunmen on Sunday attacked St. Francis Catholic Church, Owo, killing 40 people.
