Residents of Umuahia, the capital of Abia State, where Orji Uzor Kalu served as Governor for eight years, have expressed mixed feelings about the Supreme Court’s judgement on Friday that upturned the conviction of Kalu.
While most residents described the judgement as meritorious, others said the verdict speaks to the need for a reform of the country’s judicial system.
