Nigeria’s Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, has commended the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Udom Emmanuel, for his unwavering commitment to the development of the state.
Osinbajo was in Akwa Ibom for the third time in six years and to celebrate the 34 years of the creation of State.

As part of the celebration, the Vice President commissioned the tallest building in South South and South East of Nigeria, the 21 story Dakkada Tower, described as a celebration of vision.
On his part, Governor Udom Emmanuel, said the building was purposely built to stand the test of time.
Goodwill messages were received from two former Governors, Donald Duke of Cross River and Gabriel Suswam of Benue.
Earlier the Vice President had flagged off the construction of the Dakkada Luxury Estate, situated along the airport road in Akwa Ibom State.
