Over 10 school children are feared dead after a tanker laden with petroleum product crashed into pupils of the Army Children Primary School, Effurun in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State, South-South Nigeria.
The accident occurred at about 3pm on Thursday directly opposite the 3 Battalion of the Nigerian Army Barracks, and left several others injured.
ait.live gathered that the pupils were returning from school when the tanker driver lost control and ran into them.

Sources say about 10 bodies were taken to the morgue at the Army Hospital inside the barracks, while those injured are also receiving medical attention at the same facility.
