More than 600 Nigerians in the diaspora, with amazing success stories in Different fields, are to be celebrated on Nigeria’s 60th Independence anniversary day on October 1, in Abuja.
The compendium titled ‘+600 Diaspora icons @60’ was put together by Nigerians in the diaspora commission, NIDCOM.

Receiving the compendium in Abuja, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Zubairu Dada, said that the compilation will serve as an incentive for deserving Nigerians.
Dada encouraged the diasporans, to regard this initiative as a starting point and continue to give their best in their endeavours and also to bring back experts, to develop the nation, Nigeria.
Meanwhile, the Chairman Nigerians in Diaspora has apologised to those who could not make the first compilation and assured them that, they will be part of the next edition.
