Acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Yemi Akinwonmi, wants the National Executive Council to approve the proposal of the committees for the National Convention before it.
Akinwonmi stated this during the opening ceremony of the 93 National Executive Committee Meeting in Abuja.

Earlier the Party’s acting Chairman and stakeholders inaugurated the Anambra Governorship Election Campaign Council.
The 167 Campaign Council, which comprises the 13 Governors of the People’s Democratic Party PDP is to be chaired by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State.
