Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has challenged rival factions within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to open an official party bank account and establish a functional secretariat if they believe they control the party structure.
Speaking during a live media chat in Abuja, Wike accused some party leaders of misleading Nigerians and misrepresenting court judgments, including the recent Supreme Court ruling, which he said had resolved several issues within the party.
The FCT Minister also spoke on other national issues, including developments within the opposition coalition, the political situation in Rivers State, and ongoing activities in the Federal Capital Territory.
