The PDP Governors has called on all members of the party and indeed all stakeholders to remain calm in the face of the rumblings in the party.
Chairman of the PDP Governors’ Forum, Rt. Hon Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, in a statement, said the party received with regrets and sadness the recent wranglings in the party, following the recent resignation of 7 National Executive Committee Members of the party.
Despite the happenings in the party, Tambuwal said the PDP, is still the only remaining hope of the nation for good governance and as such must show an example to Nigerians and also take advantage of the current disarray in the APC and its rudderless government.

He urged all aggrieved persons to lowered their guard for the good of the party and Nigeria at large.
“We plead with all aggrieved persons and those with the interest of the PDP at heart to keep their gun powder dry, as efforts are being made in consultation with members of the PDP Board of Trustees and other stakeholders to resolve all contending issues.”
Tambuwal added that the PDP Governor’s Forum has scheduled an emergency meeting to discuss the affairs of the Party and the way forward.
