The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP says it will comprehensively review the judgement of the Presidential Election Petition Court before deciding on its next line of action. This follows its rejection of the outcome of the judegment.

In a statement issued by PDP National Publicity, Debo Ologunagba, the opposition party holds that the judgement of the Court falls short of the facts and evidence presented to the five-member panel of justices.

They also insist that the judgement of the Court was against relevant electoral laws, guidelines, and regulations as well as the 1999 Constitution, as it is equally rich in technicalities and allegedly short in
substantial justice delivery.

They also appealed to Nigerians to remain calm and united as the PDP continues to lead the charge to defend democracy and the will of the people as expressed during the February 25, 2023 polls.
