Women across the 17 Local Government Areas of Plateau State have assured the Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar that 60 Percent of the entire votes he will get from the state will come from the women.

They disclosed this on Thursday in Jos during the official inauguration of the State Chapter of the Nigerian Women Unite for Atiku.

With the lifting of ban on political campaigns, women said they will leave nothing to chance towards mobilizing support for the Presidential candidate of the PDP, Atiku Abubakar.

While performing the inauguration of the Plateau Chapter of the Nigerian Women Unite for Atiku, State Chairman of all the Atiku Support Groups commended the women, expressing confidence that Atiku will win on the Plateau.

The State Coordinator of the Group Hannatu Bugama, said 65% of the entire votes Atiku will get from the state will come from the women in the State.

According to Bugama and other women, Atiku Abubakar is the only unifier and the solution to the many challenges confronting the country today.

After the inauguration, the women were commissioned to take the gospel of Atiku/ Okowa and all other candidates of the PDP to all the nook and cranny of the State towards ensuring victory in the 2023 election.
