Police officers from Otu-Jeremi in Ughelli-South Local Government Area of Delta State have arrested twenty-six year old Paul Ogilo for stabbing to death twenty-nine year old Twere Shipiode.
The suspect, Paul Ogilo stabbed the deceased on the neck during an altercation over his alleged attempt to defile the deceased daughter.
Delta Police Command spokesperson, Bright Edafe who confirmed that the suspect is under interrogation in Police custody said the Command Raiders Unit in another operation arrested twenty suspected cultists after successfully raiding a black spot at Ogarafe in Oghara, Ethiope-West Local Government Area of the State.

Exhibits recovered from the raid were Six hundred and forty-eight wraps of Indian Hemp, Sixteen bottles of Codeine, various type of diabolical charms, unknown lady’s underwear and cash sum of Sixty-Nine Thousand Naira among others.
The statement while urging parents and guardians to caution their wards to desist from drug abuse and other criminality assured that justice must be served to every crime committed.
