The Presidential Election Petition Court has consolidated the three pending petitions before it.
The petitions are that of the PDP and Atiku Abubakar, Labour Party and Peter Obi and the petition filed by the Allied People’s Movement APM
The court’s decision was read out in its pre-hearing report delivered on Tuesday
From the trial schedule, the court has given the Labour Party and Peter Obi 3 weeks to present their cases starting from the 30th of May 2023
The respondents are to take their 5 days after the petitioners have concluded their case within the specified time

The parties will begin filing their addresses on the 21st of July while the 5th of August is fixed for adoption, after which a date will be announced for judgment.
The court has also made it clear that trial will run each day including Saturdays, with the exception of Sunday.
