A chieftain of the Labour Party, Professor Pat Utomi is accusing the Delta state government of attempting to prevent the party from the use of public facilities in the state for its planned Presidential rally scheduled for Monday January 9th 2023.
Utomi in a media conference in Lagos on Saturday called for what he calls global action against those who abuse public trust.

Utomi described state governors and their agents who deny access to public facilities to opposition parties as working against the interest of the public.
He explained that such actions could undermine the right of the electorates to make informed choices
