The Presidential Media and Communications Team has commended ongoing Federal Government projects in Kano and parts of the Northwest, describing them as impactful and people-oriented.
The team highlighted the Kano solar power project as a major step toward improving electricity supply through alternative energy sources, in line with the Renewed Hope agenda.
Led by the special adviser on Media and Public Communications Sunday Dare, the delegation toured several projects, including road construction, hospital rehabilitation, and developments in federal institutions across the state.
They noted that the projects are strategically designed to improve infrastructure and enhance service delivery, with the solar initiative expected to reduce dependence on the national grid.
The visit also provided an opportunity for the Kano State Government to showcase its own development efforts across key sectors.
While federal projects reflect the priorities of President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda, state initiatives align with Governor Abba Yusuf’s Kano First policy, both aimed at improving the welfare of the people.
