The Rice Processors Association of Nigeria and the Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-corruption Commission have reached an agreement to set the price of locally produced rice at less than N16,000 per bag of 50 kilograms.
Commission Chairman, Muhyi Magaji said this shortly after meeting with members of the Association in his office.

The Commission has been engaging with traders of food items warning against arbitrary hike in prices and hoarding of essential food items.
