The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Cross River State has called on the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to live up to its promise by quickly decentralizing the collection of Permanent Voter Cards, PVCs, in the state.
The Governorship Candidate of the party in Cross River State, Senator Sandy Onor, joined by the party Chairman, made this known during the official handing over to God, a brand new St. Daniel Catholic Church, Nsofang, in Etung Local Government Area of the State.
Senator Onor said decentralizing the distributions to the ward level will enable the registered voters at the rural communities have quick access to collect their PVCs.

He said building and handing over of the church to God will enable the party start its campaign to win all elections free and fair from state assembly to presidential in Cross River.
While receiving the Church, Catholic Archbishop of Ogoja, Bishop Donatus Edet Akpan, Prayed for the success of PDP and its Candidate in Cross River State.
The Proples Democratic Party says INEC Leadership met all the Candidates of various political parties recently with assurances to fast track the distribution of PVCs across the 196 wards of Cross River State.
