Denmark joined Germany to become the first two teams to book their place in Qatar.
Denmark defeated Austria one nil to maintain their unblemished record in group F on Tuesday while four times winners Germany defeated north Macedonia four nil on Monday to advance.
Joakim Maehle scored the solitary goal for the Danes to maintain their perfect record in the qualification series with maximum points from 8 matches.
Elsewhere at the Wembley stadium, England’s ambition suffered an unexpected set back as the three lions dropped points against Hungary.

Roland Sallai converted a penalty in the 24th minute to give Hungary the lead following Luke Shaw’s rash tackle on Loic Nego while john stones restored parity for the home side 13 minutes later.
