Legal representative to Yoruba activist Sunday Adeyemo also known as Sunday Igboho has decried latest attempts by the minister of justice and Attorney General of the Federation Abubakar Malami and the minister of finance to link the Yoruba activist to acts of terrorism.
In a press statement released on Friday in reaction to an earlier press statement by the two ministers alleging that Sunday igboho has been involved in acts of terrorism in the country on the grounds that the activist according to the ministers was found to have transfered the sum of 12.7 million naira to Abba Dako and sons owned by one abdullahi Umar a bureau de change operator according to the counsel was baseless and unfounded.
Yomi Alliyu further noted that the transactions between Sunday Igboho and the said Abdullahi Umar were based squarely on business grounds given the nature of the car dealing business of his client.
