Residents of Iguosa community in Ovia North East LGA, of Edo state have appealed to the state governor, Godwin Obaseki to visit the community to ascertain the quality of job done by the contractor handling the Iguosa gully erosion project
The residents made the appeal during a peaceful demonstration in the community drawing the government attention to their plight.
The residents, Governnor Obaseki, for collaborating with the world bank to reclaim the land , but slammed the contractor handling the project for giving them what they described as a substandard work thereby creating more problems for Iguosa residents.

The protesters want the governor to visit the community to see for himself the quality of job done by the contractor in the gully site
