The remains of rights activist and spokesman of the Afenifere, Yinka Odumakin has been laid to rest.
Various speakers at the funeral service, described the late Odumakin as a fearless fighter, who left a legacy of inspirational service, fierce loyalty to the Yoruba race, and relentless contributions to the quest for a greater nation.
It was a moment of celebration of a fulfilled life as various dignitaries paid a final tribute to the late right activist and spokesperson of a Yoruba pan african group, Afenifere.
The burial ceremony which was held at Origbo Anglican Grammar School, Moro, started with the lying in state, and then the burial service, where the President of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Bishop Wale Oke, delivered the sermon.
Then tributes from various personalities among whom are the governors of Ekiti, Oyo and Osun States.

They all described Yinka Odumakin as a star that went too soon.
In his tribute, the national President of Afenifere, Pa Ayo Adebanjo, said the best way to immortalize Yinka Odumakin, is for the country to be restructured.
The wife of the deceased, Joe Okey Odumakin, said though her husband has died, his ideals and what he stood for would continue to live forever.
Yinka Odumakin, born on December 10, 1966, was a rights activist, a social commentator, and the spokesman of the pan Yoruba group, Afenifere among others.
He died on the 3rd of April.
