Rivers Governor Wike at ex-Plateau governor Jang’s court trial in Jos

Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike says Nigeria is bleeding under the current All Progressive Congress led Administration.


Wike said this on Wednesday in the Plateau state capital, Jos at the state High Court in Solidarity with Ex-Governor Jonah Jang who is standing trial over an alleged 6.3bn fraud brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC.

Governor Wike who spoke to journalists after the Court session said his purpose of showing up at the trial is to show solidarity with ex-governor Jang and to also unite the People’s Democratic Party in the state.

The Rivers State Governor also raised a governance alarm, saying Nigeria is bleeding under the Current APC administration, with a call on Nigerians to vote them out.


During the visit, Governor Wike is also expected to meet with other chieftains of the PDP in Plateau State as the race for the 2023 general elections continues to gathers momentum.
