Rivers State Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, Professor Zaccheus Adangor, SAN, has tendered his resignation letter.
Professor Adangor who also functioned in the same office under the former governor and now FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, attributed his resignation to personal principles.
He thanked Governor Sim Fubara for what he described as the rare opportunity and privilege to serve in his administration.
Meanwhile, Governor Sim Fubara has signed the 2024 Appropriation Bill into law.
This comes a day after he presented the 800 billion naira budget to the court recognised Ehie Edison’s leadership of the House amid the controversial demolition of the State Assembly building.
