Definite hearing in the case involving Asa Investment Limited and the Kwara State Government over Ile Arugbo has been adjourned to 25th March, 2020 as both parties failed to settle out of court.

Both parties had agreed to settle out of court during the last sitting on the 24th of January.

The two parties met at the Office of the Kwara State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice two times but could not agree on the terms of settlement.
