The motion filed by Emeka Ihedioha seeking a review judgment which removed him from office as Imo State Governor has been adjourned again.
The adjournment followed a request by Ihedioha’s lawyer, Kanu Agabi, who informed the court that he has just been served a reply by Hope Uzodinma’s lawyer and will need time to study it and respond appropriately.

Chief Justice, Tanko Mohammed, subsequently adjourned the case till Tuesday, March 3.
Ihedioha wants to be reinstated as governor on the ground that the Supreme Court was misled into declaring Senator Uzodinma as governor when it held that 213, 495 votes from 388 polling units were unlawfully excluded from the All Progressives Congress, APC candidate.
Also on the case list of the apex court is a similar application by the APC, asking for a review of the judgment which sacked all elected members of the party in the 2019 general elections.
The court is to be reconstituted to hear the application of the APC on Zamfara State.
