The Senate on Tuesday amended the implementation timeline of the 2021 appropriation bill from 31st December 2021 to March 31st, 2021.
This followed a virement request from President Muhammadu Buhari to the Senate for urgent consideration and approval.

The Senate in an expeditious hearing passed the bill for second and third reading.
