Suspected Gunmen have again attacked a police Station, Friday around Ebiya bridge along hilltop area in the Abakaliki metropolis.
Sources in the area say, six police men were brutally killed in the violent attack. Two girls suspected to be civilians were said to have equally been killed during the attack.
The attack of police operatives in the Ebiya bridge police station is not new as a similar incident happened November 17, 2023, where two police officers on patrol were murdered by suspected Gunmen.
The Police in Ebonyi State is yet to confirm this latest incident as a call placed to the Police Public Relation Officer, DSP, Joshua Ukandu remained unanswered.
