Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, says President Bola Tinubu’s policies represent a new direction in Nigeria’s journey toward economic recovery.
Governor Uzodimma stated this at a dinner organised in honour of members of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors Media Tour team, following their inspection of projects executed by the President Tinubu administration in partnership with the Imo State Government in Owerri.
From education and healthcare delivery to infrastructure development, the digital economy, tourism, and economic growth, the story is one of tangible progress, with verifiable projects executed through the collaboration between the administration of President Tinubu and the Imo State Government under Governor Hope Uzodimma’s vision for a new Imo State.
Special Adviser to the President on Public Communications and Orientation, Sunday Dare, said the projects were made possible through strategic planning and a deliberate commitment to translating the Renewed Hope Agenda into tangible development for the people.

The Governor, while appreciating the Renewed Hope Ambassadors’ media tour team, said the bold decision by President Tinubu to remove the fuel subsidy has freed up resources for governments at all levels to deliver the dividends of democracy through impactful projects and improved public services.
Governor Uzodimma also used the occasion to commend President Tinubu for his foresight and for creating the enabling environment for state governors to drive the implementation of the Renewed Hope Agenda through impactful development projects across their respective states.
