State of the Nation: Ex Heads of state, traditional leaders, others meet in Abuja

Former Nigerian Leaders led by Olusegun Obasanjo, Abudulsalami Abubakar others are meeting in Abuja to discuss state of the nation.

The meeting holding at Transcorp Hilton is behind closed doors.

Others at the meeting include President General of Ohaneze Ndigbo George Obiozor, Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Sultan of Sokoto Saad Abubakar, national leader of the pan-Yoruba socio-cultural group, Afenifere, Ayo Adebanjo, and other representatives from six geo-political zones of the country are attending the meeting.

Journalists have been denied access to the meeting.

It is not clear whether there would be a briefing on the outcome of their deliberations.
