President Bola Tinubu has directed the Ministry of Justice to work closely with the National Assembly to ensure all concerns expressed in the wake of the Tax Reform Bills are addressed before implementation.
Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris in a statement on Tuesday assured Nigerians that the ambitious fiscal reform agenda of Government will provide more resources to state and local government and ultimately the Nigerian people.
The statement also urged Nigerians to be aware of what it calls misinformation and fake news around the tax bills currently in circulation noting that it is not targetted at improvishing any state or region rather it will bring relief to millions of hardworking Nigerians translating to national growth.

The Federal Government says it is committed to utilising the resources realised from these reforms in boosting critical infrastructure in healthcare, education, transportation and digital economy.
