Team Nigeria on Monday won two Gold medals at the ongoing African Beach Games in Tunisia.
The duo of Samson Funsho-Funto and Rashidat Salau triumph over their Madagascar opponents in the final of the Teqball Mixed Doubles event which gave Nigeria its first Gold of the multi-sports competition.
The victory also means Funsho-Funto and Salau become the first-ever Teqball Players to win Gold for Nigeria at any International Tournament.
Nigeria’s number one Teqball player, Victor Oyemade combined with Funsho-Funto to defeat hosts Tunisia in the Doubles event to increase it to two Gold medals.

Oyemade failed to make it a third Gold for Team Nigeria as he capitulated to his Cameroonian opponent in the final of the singles event, but earned a Silver medal for his troubles.
Earlier on Monday, Esther Toko put Nigeria on the podium for the first time since the Competition began on June 22 winning Bronze in Rowing.
