Nigeria Veterinary Medical Association has called on Kogi State Governor, Usman Ododo to consider the harmonisation and implementation of the revised Consolidated Medical Salary Structure, CONMESS, approved by the immediate past administration for all the Doctors in the state civil service.
Chairman of the Association, Dr. Tolu Omotugba, made the call during a chat with journalists in Lokoja, the state capital. He noted that the implementation of the revised Consolidated Medical Salary Structure was done for human doctors alone leaving out veterinary doctors in the state hence the need for their inclusion in the welfare package of the state.
