Voting process has been disrupted in Aiyetoro 02, near senator Dino Melaye’s home as it took extra police force unit to get step in to maintain peace.
Youths at the polling unit are seen struggling to snatch ballot boxes by scaring voters with violent activities to enable them carry out the act while INEC officials, voters and others scamper into hiding for safety.
The security attached to the polling unit were helpless and forced to quickly make contact to seek extra force to control the situation.
It took the fully armed police men less than ten ministers to be on ground in addressing the matter, warning the violent youth who had flee into hiding to allow the process to continue or face the consequence of going against the law.
At idokoro ward 005, fully armed Special anti-robbery squad, SARS were seen arresting Some men wearing nigeria security and civil Defence corps along with some politicians who couldn’t identify themselves.
Aits’s crew were also harassed and equipment were ceased but was released after deleting recorded visuals of what transpired.
