World soccer governing body FIFA has listed a Moroccan centre referee for the first leg of the upcoming Qatar 2022 African World Cup playoff between Ghana and Nigeria.
Ten countries including Nigeria’s Super Eagles have picked the playoff tickets and the three-time African champions have been drawn against the Black Stars of Ghana.
The football body has announced Moroccan Redouane Jiyed as the centre referee for the first leg match involving Ghana and Nigeria.

The match is slated for the 25th of March in Cape Coast while Nigeria will stage the reverse fixture four days later at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja.
