The Zamfara State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has challenged the governor Bello Mohammed led administration to demonstrate strong political will and address the alarming insecurity in the state.
The leading opposition party accused Govermor Mohammed of leaving the residents of Katsina at this trying times to their fate and travel to Niger Republic to watch wrestling match.
The vice-chairman of the State PDP, professor Kabiru Jabaka who addressed journalists in Gusau, the Zamfara State capital on behalf of the chairman Colonel Bala Mande (Rtd), claimed that the present administration have not initiated and completed a single capital project in the State since its inauguration.

The Peoples Democratic Party PDP in Zamfara State has therefore asked the Bello Mohammed administration to wake up from what its called ‘slumber’ and be alive to its constitutional responsibility of protecting and ensuring the welfare of the citizens.
The PDP alleged that more than 50 persons have been killed in the last three days apart from the series of abductions that have taken place in the state.
