The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed 463 new Covid-19 infections in the country. The new infections are reported in 17 states bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 33,616.
The states with new Covid-19 cases are Lagos-128; Kwara-92; Enugu-39; Delta-33; Edo-29; Plateau-28; Kaduna-23 and Oyo-15. Others include Ogun and Osun-14 each; FCT-12; Ondo and Rivers-9; Abia-8; Bayelsa-5; Ekiti-3 and Borno-2

The number of successfully treated Covid-19 cases in Nigeria is now 13,792 following the discharge of 121 more patients in the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile, 10 new Covid-19 fatalities have been recorded across Nigeria with the death toll climbing to 754.
