A former Minister of Interior, Abba Moro, has been told to enter his defence by the Federal High Court in Abuja trying him for an alleged violation of the Public Procurement Act.
The court had at today’s sitting upheld Moro’s no- case submission.

Moro was a minister during the 2013 ill-fated Nigeria Immigration Service recruitment exercise that led to a stampede in stadia across the country with killed over a dozen prospective applicants.
