The flying eagles of Nigeria returned to winning ways defeating host nation Egypt 1-0 in their second GAME OF GROUP A in the ongoing U20 AFRICAN cup of nations.
The Solomon Agbalaka’s header in the 71 minutes got the flying eagles the much-needed victory after a barren first half.
The Ladan Bosso side who lost by the same margin to Senegal in the opening game needed the win to remain in the competition and to keep their hope of an 8 title and a World Cup ticket alive.

In the other Group A match Senegal defeated Mozambique 3-0 to become the first team in the competition to book a spot in the next round with a maximum of 6 points.
Up next for the flying eagles will be a clash with Mozambique for their last group A game
