The Chief Judge of Kano State, Justice Nura Sagir, has inaugurated 21 mobile courts to sanction violators of Covid-19 protocols in the state.

Justice Sagir charged the courts to be just, fair but firm with any case brought before it.
The information was contained in a statement signed by a spokesman for the Kano State judiciary Baba Jibo which gave no further details on the mobile courts.

Violators of the facemask use order risk a fine of 20000(Twenty thousand naira) or 6 months imprisonment.
