Domestic Election Observers group has expressed worry over the heavy military presence in Kebbi State, North-West Nigeria for the April 15 supplementary elections.
The group at a media briefing in Birnin Kebbi said the development may scare many voters away from coming out in their numbers to cast votes during the polls.

The group urged the National Assembly and the executive to speed up the passage of the Electoral Offences Commission Bill into law to curb the electoral infractions that lead to inconclusive elections in the country.
