The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has confirmed five new cases of Coronavirus in the country.
The confirmed cases are two in the Federal Capital Territory, two in Lagos State, and one in Edo State.

At least two of the new cases are returning travellers from the United Kingdom.
Nigeria now has 35 confirmed cases of Coronavirus since the outbreak was recorded in the country.
