Osun State Government says one of the 127 persons quarantined in the Coronavirus isolation centre in Ejigbo is missing.
Reacting to speculations that 6 persons who tested positive for Coronavirus are missing, the State Government debunked the rumour but confirmed that one of them cannot be accounted for.
In a statement signed by the State Commissioner for Information, Funke Egbemode, a headcount was conducted and it was found out that one person could not be accounted for by officials stationed at the Isolation centre out of the 127 persons.
Egbemode added that the State Government is currently investigating the matter and will ensure that the missing person is brought back to the Isolation centre and all his contacts traced and isolated.
