The Nigerian girl who was trafficked and put for sale on Facebook by a Lebanese man, Wael Jerro, has been rescued.
The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, NiDCOM made this known on it verified Twitter handle.

The Commission said she is presently with the Nigerian Mission in Lebanon and is been well taken care of.
This is coming days after the arrest of the Lebanese trafficker who took to the social media to place a sales advert of the Nigerian girl in his custody.
