Nigeria is gradually inching towards 100 Coronavirus deaths as 17 new fatalities in the country bring total death toll to 85.

There are also 220 new confirmed Coronavirus cases in 19 states including Federal Capital Territory
The new cases are 62 in Lagos, 52 in FCT, 31 in Kaduna, 13 in Sokoto, 10 in Kebbi, 9 in Yobe and 6 in Borno States.
Others include 5 each in Edo and Bauchi; 4 each in Gombe, Enugu and Oyo; 3 in Zamfara, 2 each in Nasarawa, Osun, Ebonyi, Kwara, Kano and Plateau States.
Meanwhile, 34 Coronavirus patients have been discharged across Nigeria with the total of successfully treated cases now 385.
