The Presidential Election Petition Court has been told that the results sheet for the Presidential election in Nasarawa State was mutilated and different from what was signed in the presence of INEC State Collation Officer.
PDP state collation agent, Ibrahim Hamza said this while being cross examined as the court resumed hearing of the petition by Atiku Abubakar on Monday with three other witnesses called to testify.

Hamza who was led in his evidence-in-chief by counsel Eyitayo Jegede told the court that there were cancellations on the result sheet presented to him in court and marked exhibit PC25.
According to him, there were mutilations which were not there when he and other collation agents for other political parties signed the result sheet in the presence of the INEC State Collation Officer.
He also told the court that he signed the result out of duress as he was threatened that he would not have a copy of the result if he did not sign it.
Under cross examination, the witness admitted that although Labour Party was the declared winner of the Presidential election in Nasarawa State, it was not a correct reflection of what happened. He urged the court not to accept the results from Nasarawa State.
The first witness for the day, Abiye Sekibo who was the PDP state collation agent in Rivers state told the court that there were widespread disturbances that affected the ability of people to vote in some places such as Obio-Akpo and Ahoada East local government areas. He therefore denied that the figures from the Presidential election were accurate saying that it was fictitious.
He also testified that agents of the APC prevented INEC Electoral Officers from transmitting the results from the polling units. Asked to state the names of those agents, he said he wouldn’t know them by their names but by their actions WHICH portrayed who they were working for.
Another witness, Mohammed Madaki who identified himself as the State Chairman of the PDP in the FCT made the same claims. According to him, the Presiding Officers failed to upload results while another witness Abraham David said that Tinubu did not score the 25% of votes needed in FCT to be declared winner.
Under cross examination, he was asked if his candidate Atiku scored 25%, to which he answered in the negative. The court has adjourned the case till Tuesday for continuation of hearing.
Meanwhile, the Labour Party has presented Polling Unit results of six (6) additional States and their local governments as exhibits before the Presidential Election Petition Court. The States are 13 LGAs in Ebonyi, 13 LGAs in Nasarawa, 25 LGAs in Delta, 23 LGAs in Kaduna, 26 LGAs in Imo,18 LGAs in Ondo and 21 LGA’s in Kogi. This makes it a total of 20 States tendered so far.
The respondents all objected to the admissibility of the documents as evidence. The five-man panel led by Justice Harunna Tsammani, however, admitted all the documents as exhibits and therefore adjourned to Tuesday, June 6, for further hearing.
