In a statement signed by its National Publicity Secretary Felix Morka the APC had harsh words for those it described as responsible for rhe “disturbing and disgraceful” fabrication of a matter of serious national importance.
The APC also pleaded that the Presidential Election Petition Court be allowed the time and space to perform its important constitutional and statutory duties of adjudicating and delivering judgement in the matter without needlessly calling the integrity of the judges into question.
Morka said the falsehood is another attempt to unnecessarily inflame political passion, create doubt and panic, and preemptively undermine the verdicts of the courts.
